People of the world!!! I am back and I will try to post as much as i can but i cant promise anything since my days are quite hectic! I hope you are having a great time, i know i am and i hope you will like this post even though it’s quite serious. So let’s get started, shall we?? 🙂
I am aware that most of the people nowadays suffer from either anxiety or a form of depression. And its something that is quite a bother to go through, but that doesn’t mean you have to go through it alone. Considering law self-esteem and anxiety can lead to depression, its normal for people to think that the best choice for the one suffering is to choose solitude, but that is not the case at all.! We, as people, will have to try to help others understand how important a relationship is. Not necessarily a romantic one, but even a good friend or an honest and trustworthy colleague can help the situation.
Once the person has found someone who can understand the nature of anxiety or depression, he or she can help and it can ease the burden that person feels. In order to do that we as people should let others know that their opinion matters and that we are there for them, anytime and anywhere, we should make them feel comfortable enough and give them space in order to open up to us. And most importantly, we must totally erase the fear of rejection and judgement from their minds. That way the whole situation will go down smoothly for both of the parties.
I, for one know how anxiety feels like, in everyday life, when I am at home thinking about my future, when i need to pay my bills, things that are quite manageable if you get the hang of it from an early age. But anxiety is not there to help you, is there to make you feel more stressed than you need to be, and more inferior than you could have ever wanted to be. It could even be a silly thought in your mind that could start an avalanche and while you would love to have someone there to guide you though and out of it you prefer to be left alone, cause you think that maybe this, this emotional rollercoaster, could hurt others more than you. But despite that, i do believe we need someone there when those moments are occurring…
…After all we are designed to socialize and live with other people, having relationships and make families. Why let anxiety get the best of us?….We should truly rethink our actions and if we need some help give some back also… That is the most cathartic moment a human being could experience.
I hope this post will reach people with anxiety or depression but most of all people who would love to help. If you enjoyed this post please hit the like button and comment your thoughts down bellow! 🙂 Love you all, see you soon ❤
